Publication Process

  1. Manuscript Submission: Authors are invited to submit their original research manuscripts to "SciWaveBulletin" through our online submission system, powered by Open Journal Systems (OJS). Ensure that your manuscript adheres to our submission guidelines.
  2. Preliminary Editorial Review: Upon submission, manuscripts undergo a preliminary editorial review to ensure they meet the basic formatting and ethical standards of the journal.
  3. Plagiarism Check: Manuscripts are subject to a plagiarism check using Turnitin, with acceptable levels set at up to 15%. Authors receive a Turnitin similarity report for their records.
  4. Peer Review: Qualified peer reviewers, selected based on their expertise, conduct a double-blind peer review of the manuscript. Authors are provided with feedback and may be asked to make revisions.
  5. Author Revisions: Authors are given an opportunity to revise their manuscripts based on peer reviewer comments. Revisions should be submitted within the specified timeframe.
  6. Final Editorial Decision: The editorial team evaluates the revised manuscript and peer reviewer comments to make a final decision on acceptance, minor revisions, major revisions, or rejection.
  7. Copyediting: Accepted manuscripts undergo copyediting to ensure clarity, coherence, and adherence to the journal's style. Authors are involved in the process to address any queries.
  8. Proofreading: Authors receive the copyedited version for final approval before publication. Any necessary corrections are made during this stage.
  9. Publication: Once the final proofs are approved, the manuscript is published on the "SciWaveBulletin" website and assigned a DOI (Digital Object Identifier).
  10. Indexing and Archiving: Published articles are indexed and archived to enhance their visibility and accessibility. "SciWaveBulletin" aims to ensure long-term preservation of published content.
